Choroidal Microvasculature Dropout Linked to Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer Thinning in Glaucoma
The presence of choroidal microvasculature dropout (cMvD) was linked to retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thinning in glaucoma. In 294 eyes, a multivariable analysis showed that presence of cMvD was linked to a faster rate of RNFL thinning in eyes with β-zone but not eyes with γ-zone.
