Patient Assistance Information

As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, Southern Iowa Mental Health Center (SIMHC) is required to offer all you a Patient Assistance Program that can assist you with your bills and payments for services. SIMHC will provide you information regarding the Patient Assistance Program in a language that you understand and will never deny any services based on your participation in the Patient Assistance Program. SIMHC will never discriminate against any patients in regards to their ability to pay for services, or in regards to how they are paying for their services.
