Bill Clinton hospitalized with sepsis. Former President Bill Clinton, 75, is in a California hospital after falling ill with what his medical team say is the sometimes serious blood infection sepsis. His illness is probably tied to a urinary tract infection, and doctors say Clinton's vitals are already on an upward course. Read more
Lyme disease often spotted at later stage in Black patients. Because many physicians may not recognize the telltale rash on a Black patient's skin that heralds Lyme disease, the debilitating tick-borne illness is often detected much later than it is in whites. Read more
Majority of parents of young kids plan to get them vaccinated against COVID-19. A new poll of over 1,000 American parents finds that two-thirds of those with children ages 5 to 11 say they plan to immunize their kids against COVID-19. Read more
Americans are eating more processed foods. Even though there's plenty data showing that highly processed foods are toxic to health, Americans' consumption of such fare rose from 53.5% of daily calories in 2003 to 57% by 2018, according to a new study. Read more
