RN on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team
SIMHC has a current opening for an RN on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. Responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive assessment health history of patients. Work as a part of an interdisciplinary team to determine treatment needs of patients. Coordinate services for patients including medication/symptom monitoring. Educate patients on their mental and physical health care needs. Requirements for the position include: Previous Mental Health experience, strong computer skills, RN license to practice in the State of Iowa and a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
